WAUNETA-PALISADE SCHOOLS NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed bids are requested for purchase of the following described real estate (the “Property”) of Wauneta-Palisade Schools: Lots 1 through 12, Block 12, Original Town of New Palisade, Hitchcock County, Nebraska. The Property is the attendance center, land, and building of the Palisade School Building located at 206 N. Reynolds Street, Palisade, Nebraska.
