ORDER OF PLAY FOR Thursday September 5th, 2019
GAMES TO BE PLAYED AT CHEYLIN HIGH SCHOOL IN BIRD CITY, KS
All matches will be played in the Cheylin High School Gym in Bird City. The teams involved are Cheylin High School and Wauneta/Palisade High School. All Varsity Sets will be played to 25. The First two JV sets will be played to 25, the third(If played) will go to 15. First Match will start at 5:00 Central Time.
Order of Play (Home Team is the first team listed and will provide the official score book.)
Cheylin JV vs.Wauneta/Palisade JV (best 2 out of 3)
Cheylin Varsity vs Wauneta/Palisade Varsity (best 3 out of 5)
Before each team’s first match, 15-minute warm-up: 3 minutes shared court time for ball handling, 4 minutes for home team to use the court (no visiting skill work), 4 minutes for the visiting team to use the court (no home skill work), 2 minutes for home team to use the court and serve (no visiting skill work), 2 minutes for the visiting team to use the court and serve (no home skill work). After all teams have played, 10-minute warm-up: 2 minutes for shared ball handling, 4 minutes for home team use of court (ball handling, serving) (no visiting skill work), 4 minutes for visiting team use of court (ball handling, serving) (no home skill work).
Cheylin will provide Line Judges and a Book Keeper. If you use a libero, you need to provide a tracker.
Dressing Rooms will be assigned.
Balls are provided
Please bring your own towels.
Each team is responsible for their own valuables.
Admission: Adult $5.00, Student $4.00. League passes honored.
Concession: Available in the Elementary Cafeteria
Buses: Park along the street on either the south side of the High School (7th street), or along the north side of the Elementary School (6th street)
